The 2025 model year has seen the Subaru Forester get a complete refresh as the automaker introduced its next-generation model. The new Subaru Forester offers a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 180 horsepower and up to 178 pound-feet of torque to provide quality wheel power while driving and offers up to 1,500 pounds of towing when well-equipped. For those traveling locally or far away, the Forester offers you standout efficiency with up to 26 miles per gallon in the city and up to 33 miles per gallon on the highway.
Interior and Technology
With seating for five, the Subaru Forester offers cloth or leatherette interior material, depending on your chosen model. You'll find ample room for you and your passenger and easy ways to store cargo with a large cargo area behind the rear seats or up to 74.2 cubic feet of space when you fold down the rear seats. These can all be accessed by a power liftgate, as well.
